At Maxim Decor we are confident that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you do want to log a return, please see the returns conditions below.
- No merchandise shall be returned by the customer without prior written consent and authorization in the form a a Return Goods Authorization (RGA), which has been issued by Maxim Decor and Lighting expressly for the merchandise to be returned. This RGA will be issued at the sole discretion of Maxim Decor and Lighting and must be requested by the customers within 30 days of the original shipment date.
- Returned merchandise must be in it's original sealed cartons. All returned merchandise must be in salable conditions in order to qualify for credit. No special products, non-stocking products custom-made products, outdated or modified versions of catalogued factory stocking items may be returned by the customer. Except for products considered by Maxim Decor and Lighting to be defective in terms of workmanship or materials.
- All returns shall be subject to a 30% handling and factory inspection charge, and a deduction will be made for freight expense of the original shipment.
- Merchandise accepted for a return must be shipped pre-paid to the factory or other destination specified by Maxim Decor and Lighting.
